Setup Push Notifications

Crypex allows admins to send real-time notifications to users through browser push notifications and internal (in-app) notifications.

This helps keep users informed about transactions, card activities, and important system updates.

Push Notification Types

Crypex supports two notification configurations:

  • Browser Push NotificationSent to web browsers even when the platform is inactive.
  • Broadcasting / Internal NotificationReal-time alerts displayed inside the application dashboard.

1. Browser Push Notification Configuration

Browser push notifications are sent directly to users’ web browsers, even when they are not actively using the platform.

Step 1 & 2: Configuration Details

  • Method: Select the browser push service method used by your system.
  • Instance ID: Unique identifier provided by the push notification service.
  • Primary Key: Authentication key used to send browser notifications securely.

Step 3: Save Configuration

Verify the credentials and click Save / Update to enable.

2. Broadcasting / Internal Notification Configuration

Broadcasting or internal notifications are sent within the application dashboard and can be used for announcements, alerts, and promotions.

Enter Credentials

  • Method: Select notification broadcasting method.
  • App ID: Application identifier.
  • Primary Key: Public authentication key.
  • Secret Key: Secure communication key.
  • Cluster: Service provider cluster/region.

Save Configuration

Click Save / Update to activate internal notifications.

Notification Usage

Once configured, the system sends notifications for:

Deposit & Withdrawal
Card Issuance
Card Transactions
Security Alerts
Admin Announcements

Important Notes

  • • Valid credentials are required for both types.
  • • Incorrect keys will prevent message delivery.
  • • Users must allow browser notification permission.

Dashboard Display

Internal notifications appear inside the user dashboard, providing a seamless experience for transactional updates.
